About Online Examination Rules

    • The online exam will be held on through the BirDeHA system.
    • In order to use the exam time efficiently, the system should be logged in at least 10-15 minutes before the exam time.
    • The students can be taken the exam within the latest first 10 minutes after the exam begins.
    • You can be entered each exam only once.
    • The time until the end of the exam will be seen on the screen.
    • Each page has question and answer options for that question.
    • The order of questions and options are different for each student.
    • After a question has been seen, if the answer is marked or passed to the other question without marking it, the previous question will not be able to be returned for exam security reasons.
    • It is recommended for each question one minute as to the exam duration. The waiting time for a question is 2 minutes.
    • After answering all the questions, please click on the "Finish Application" button, then the "Send All" and "Finish" buttons. If this process does not complete, the exam score will not be seen.
    • All movements of users accessing the exam system are recorded. (Successful or unsuccessful login attempts and reasons, IP information, marked answers, etc.)
    • Exam confidentiality is essential; copying, printing, saving, photographing and sharing the questions are forbidden. In the case of sharing, the provisions of the Student Disciplinary Regulations of YOK have applied.
    • Technical problems (power outage, internet outage, computer problems, health problems, etc. Students who do not take the exam or cannot complete the exam due to the reasons they can use the right to make a make-up exam.
    • If the lecturer of the lecture wishes, he/she can make the make-up exam orally with recording.
    • If the exam of the lecture is made classical, the homework module in the BirDeHA system will be used.
