"Difference in Education Starts with the Staff"

Our university is creating in-service training certificate programmes in order to contribute to the education of its administrative staff in the 2022-2023 academic year. The Human Resources Directorate of our university continues its work at full speed to ensure that administrative staff gain the necessary knowledge, skills and attitudes to ensure their development in line with the developments in the world related to their professions.

Our Rector Prof.Dr.Adnan Yüksel said the following about in-service training seminars:

"Our university has been attaching great importance to in-service training seminars since the day it was founded. We organise various training programmes throughout the year in order for our staff to become compatible with the profession with the changing and transforming world. By increasing efficiency and quality with our training, we contribute to the development of our staff in qualitative and quantitative terms. ''We are with our staff in every field they need.''

In addition to basic occupation and skills training, we will continue to provide our personnel with planned training to increase the level of knowledge, skills, behaviour and efficiency they need during their working life."
