Education World Met at Our Iftar Dinner

Our iftar program, which is traditionally organized by our university every year, was held with the participation of many guests from the education world.

Our iftar program, which is traditionally organized by our university every year, was held with great participation. The program started with the Quran recitation and call to prayer by the Imam of Dutluk Mosque, Mr. İbrahim Köse. The students of Bakırköy Şehit Muhammet Ambar Imam Hatip Middle School chanted preyers and whirling dervish show to our guests who had their iftar dinners.

Making the opening speech of the ceremony, our Chancellor Prof. Dr. Adnan Yüksel emphasized the importance of sharing the month of Ramadan and filling the hearts with peace, expressing that the virtues of the month of Ramadan we are in are countless. Our Rector Prof. Dr. Adnan Yüksel said, “Students who started Biruni University 8 years ago; are taking roles as; doctors, dentists, engineers, architects, teachers, nurses, midwives, health technicians and countless more professions, for our society.” Then he added “I would like to thank for the value you add to us by producing the science that our country and the world need and raising young people who make a difference.”.
