"Symposium on Epigenetic Approach to Future Medicine"

 

 

On Saturday, 5 November 2022, between 09:00 - 17:30 at Biruni University Reyhan conference hall, the symposium titled "Epigenetic Approach to Future Medicine" organized by "Epigenetic Coaching", headquartered in England, where leading physicians and scientists of the Epigenetic community from all over the world came together, was successfully held. 

 

After the opening speeches made by our Rector Prof. Dr. Adnan Yüksel and Prof. Dr. Mustafa Solak, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Gülsen Meral, Dr. Lecturer Elif Sibel Aslan, Specialist Dr. Şebnem Korkmaz, Specialist Dr. Dr. Savaş Gür, Prof.Dr. Rüya Acar, Prof.Dr. Murat Aksoy and Specialist Orçun Kurum made their speeches at the symposium with presentations and case studies on current developments in the field of epigenetics. In the symposium; Personalised nutrition in epigenetics and nutrigenetics, the effects of vitamins and nutrients, the much discussed vitamin D deficiency genetic or epigenetic, Breath, Pharmacogenetics, Skin diseases allergy case and epigenetic solution, Gluten in autoimmunity, Exercise and epigenetics, and many other current topics such as the importance of multidisciplinary studies were discussed and emphasised. In addition, the good news of the II International Epigenetics Congress titled "Precision Medicine in Individual Treatment in Complex Chronic Diseases - From Genetics to Epigenetics" planned to be held on 8-9 April was promised.
