Duties of the Directorate of Construction

• Constructing all kinds of buildings, facilities and physical spaces to facilitate education, cultural and sports services and to meet basic needs (health, nutrition, shelter) on the lands registered as the university's property, financial treasury and other properties. The duties, powers and responsibilities of the Directorate of Affairs are as follows:
• In addition to the existing indoor and outdoor areas, to build new buildings and blocks, including open sports facilities, in line with requirements,
• Renovation and major and minor repairs to existing buildings and facilities,
• Manufacturing for reinforcement against earthquakes and vertical loads,
• Landscaping, including main and connecting roads, ceremonial grounds and sidewalks on the campus,                                              
• Carrying out expropriation procedures in accordance with renovation and improvement plans,
• Preparation of architectural, static, mechanical and electrical projects for construction, renovation and major repairs and supply of infrastructure facilities and installations,
• Carrying out tender procedures in accordance with plans and projects, monitoring and supervising implementation works one-to-one on site, performing temporary occupation, provisional acceptance and final acceptance through commissions,
• Ensuring that all personnel working within the directorate participate in or are assigned to activities such as domestic and international vocational training, seminars, fairs, congresses and symposiums in order to follow professional developments, new technologies, and increase knowledge and experience.
