    Duties of the Editorial Office;

    • To prepare and follow up all kinds of internal and external correspondence directed by the president in EBYS, 
    • To announce articles that need to be supplied to the staff via EBYS,
    • To ensure that the articles and documents written on EBYS are transferred to the required places and mailed,
    • To participate in training seminars deemed appropriate by the department directorates,
    • To save incoming documents in the EBYS system and submit them for transfer to the department directorates,
    • To file in-house and external letters and documents in EBYS, submitting to unit chiefs and supervisory authorities when requested,
    • To carry out correspondence within the framework of the "Standard File Plan",
    • To follow the legislation related to his / her field of duty regularly, to monitor the changes made in the laws and regulations,
    • To assist in other activities when necessary within the framework of the instructions given by the administration,
    • To keep the records regarding its activities and transactions complete, accurate and on time, ensuring that the records are kept and their confidentiality is protected,
    • To work in accordance with the definitions and instructions of the internal control system in all activities,
    • To fullfill written and verbal duties assigned by the Administration within the framework of the law,
    • To work in harmony with other units in terms of work efficiency and good working relations,
    • To make sure correspondence is short, understandable and error-free,
    • To check and receive documents coming from all units, and sending faulty ones back,
    • To follow periodicals,
    • To remove documents that need to be archived at the end of the year, to destroy expired ones or to deliver them to reliable organizations for recovery.
