- To be responsible for the affiliated units and the activities of these units for the most efficient use of available resources, including people, money and materials, in order to provide the services and activities necessary to increase the quality of education and ensure continuity in accordance with the vision, mission and predefined quality standards of our university
- To be a unit that produces fast, practical and effective solutions for the continuity of the quality of life in those areas where it is responsible.
