Online Sınav Kuralları Hakkında
- The online exam will be held on through the BirDeHA system.
- In order to use the exam time efficiently, the system should be logged in at least 10-15 minutes before the exam time.
- The students can be taken the exam within the latest first 10 minutes after the exam begins.
- You can be entered each exam only once.
- The time until the end of the exam will be seen on the screen.
- Each page has question and answer options for that question.
- The order of questions and options are different for each student.
- After a question has been seen, if the answer is marked or passed to the other question without marking it, the previous question will not be able to be returned for exam security reasons.
- The duration of the exam and the time to be given for each question are determined by the course lecturer.
- After answering all the questions, please click on the "Finish Application" button, then the "Send All" and "Finish" buttons. If this process does not complete, the exam score will not be seen.
- All movements of users accessing the exam system are recorded. (Successful or unsuccessful login attempts and reasons, IP information, marked answers, etc.)
- Exam confidentiality is essential; copying, printing, saving, photographing and sharing the questions are forbidden. In the case of sharing, the provisions of the Student Disciplinary Regulations of YOK have applied.
- Technical problems (power outage, internet outage, computer problems, health problems, etc. Students who do not take the exam or cannot complete the exam due to the reasons they can use the right to make a make-up exam.
- If the lecturer of the lecture wishes, he/she can make the make-up exam orally with recording.
- If the exam of the lecture is made classical, the homework module in the BirDeHA system will be used.
- Detailed exam schedules will be published on the Faculty / Vocational School / Institute pages of our university.

2023 Güz Dönemi Online Sınav Kuralları Hakkında
Online sınav, BirDeHA sistemi üzerinden yapılacaktır.
-Sınav süresini verimli ve etkili kullanabilmek için, sınav saatinden en az 10-15 dakika önce sisteme giriş yapılmalıdır.
-Sınav başlangıç saatinden sonra (yaşanan kullanıcı kaynaklı sorunlar dahil) en geç ilk 10 dakika içinde sınava girilebilir.
-Her sınava yalnız bir kez giriş yapılabilir.
-Sınav boyunca bitime kalan süre ekranda görülecektir.
-Her sayfada bir soru ve o soruya ait cevap şıkları bulunmaktadır.
-Soruların ve seçeneklerin sıralaması her öğrencide farklıdır.
-Bir soru görüldükten sonra, cevap işaretlenerek ya da işaretlenmeden diğer soruya geçilir ise, sınav güvenliği sebebi ile önceki soruya geri dönülemeyecektir.
Not: Sınava katıldığınız internet tarayıcınızda bulunan “geri” “ileri” ve “sayfayı yenile” butonlarına basılmaması gerekmektedir. Basılması halinde sınav güvenliği sebebiyle sınavınız sonlanacaktır.
- Sınav süresi ve her soru için verilecek süre dersin öğretim elemanı tarafından belirlenmektedir.
- Sınav başlangıcından itibaren işaretleme yaptığınız tüm cevaplarınız kayıtlı olarak sistem bünyesinde tutulmaktadır. Sınav puanının oluşması için tüm soruları cevapladıktan sonra “Uygulamayı Bitir” butonuna, ardından “Tümünü Gönder” ve “Bitir” butonunun tıklanması gerekir.
-Sınav sistemine erişen kullanıcıların tüm hareketleri (log) kayıt altına alınmaktadır (Sisteme başarılı ya da başarısız giriş denemeleri ve nedenleri, IP bilgisi, işaretlenen cevaplar vb.).
-Sınav gizliliği esastır; soruların kopyalanması, yazdırılması, kaydedilmesi, fotoğrafının çekilmesi ve paylaşılması yasaktır. Paylaşım halinde ilgililer hakkında disiplin süreci yürütülür.
-Teknik aksaklıklar (elektrik kesintisi, internet kesintisi, bilgisayar sorunları, vb.), sağlık sorunları, vb. nedenlerle sınava girmeyen veya sınavı tamamlayamayan öğrenci ara sınavlarda mazeret hakkı kullanır. Bütünleme sınavı başvuruları ilgili akademik birimin sekreterliğine yapılır.
Not: Yılsonu/final sınavı için ayrıca mazeret sınavı yoktur, bahsi geçen sınavlara giremeyen/başarısız olan öğrenciler bütünleme sınavına girerler.
-Dersin öğretim elemanı uygun görürse mazeret/bütünleme sınavını sözlü olarak da yapabilir.
-Dersin sınavının klasik olarak yapılması halinde, BirDeHA sistemindeki ödev modülü kullanılacaktır.
-Ayrıntılı sınav takvimleri Üniversitemizin ilgili fakülte/meslek yüksekokulu/enstitü sayfalarında yayınlanacaktır.
