Announcement on 2022 - 2023 Spring Semester Educational Process

Dear Students;

In accordance with the Senate Meeting of our University held in accordance with the statements in the press conference held by the Presidency of the Council of Higher Education on 30.03.2023, the following decisions are made;

1. In the spring semester of the 2022-2023 academic year; In addition to the distance education currently being implemented, face-to-face education will be given to students who wish to receive it in classes without the requirement of attendance,
2. Midterm exams of theoretical courses to be held online,
3. To determine the way of conducting the midterm exams of the courses with theory and practice with the decision of the academic unit board,
4. Midterm exam dates to be announced by the relevant academic unit,
5. To conduct the final and single course exams face-to-face,
6. To announce the issues related to the internships, practices and vocational training of associate, undergraduate and graduate programmes on the web pages of the relevant academic units,
7. To postpone the missing vocational practice training of the students who cannot participate in face-to-face vocational training due to the earthquake disaster, to be carried out face-to-face in the summer term or in the next academic year,
8. To conduct thesis monitoring, proficiency and thesis defence exams face to face,
9. In the 2022-2023 Spring semester, the way and date of all exams that were postponed / could not be held due to the earthquake, will be determined by the decision of the relevant academic unit board,
