Biruni University organised the 8th Career Days event in the metaverse environment this year. The virtual fair was held in different departments on the university campus. The aim of the event was to bring students and graduates together with the business world, to facilitate access to job opportunities suitable for their career goals and to help students discover what they can do for their careers after graduation. The virtual fair provided an interactive platform where university students, graduates and employers could come together to get information about job opportunities, meet and make business contacts.

At the fair, many of Turkey's leading companies opened booths to provide information to students and employers and to graduates about job opportunities. Biruni University organised the 8th Career Days event in the metaverse environment this year. The virtual fair was held in different departments on the university campus. The aim of the event was to bring students and graduates together with the business world, to facilitate access to job opportunities suitable for their career goals and to help students discover what they can do for their careers after graduation. The virtual fair provided an interactive platform where university students, graduates and employers could come together to get information about job opportunities, meet and make business contacts.

At the fair, many of Turkey's leading companies opened booths to provide information to students and employers and gave information to graduates about job opportunities. Employers provided information about their companies at their own booths, while students were able to leave their CVs and get detailed information about job opportunities. In addition, within the scope of the event, workshops and seminars were organised for students and graduates on career planning, job interview techniques and CV preparation.

Biruni University Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Mustafa SOLAK, made a statement about the event, and said, "Our Career Days event aims to facilitate the access of our students and graduates to job opportunities suitable for their career goals by bringing them together with the business world. Our virtual fair, which we held in the metaverse environment this year, offers our participants a more interactive and interesting experience.

Career Centre Director Dr. Lecturer Prof. Dr. Lütfiye KARCIOĞLU BATUR gave detailed information about the career fair that we have held face-to-face every year, this year through the metaverse virtual fair application, and how our students can benefit from many local and national companies in the virtual fair.

This event organised by Biruni University is the first virtual fair among the universities in Turkey. It is the first career event organised in a fair format.
